Veneers - from £400
A veneer is a thin layer of porcelain made to fit over the front surface of a tooth, like a false fingernail fits over a nail. They can cover worn tooth enamel, uneven tooth alignment or spacing and chips or cracks.

- Gold

Periodontal diseases
- No.1 cause of tooth loss in adults
- Affect more than half of people over age 30
- Often painless and may go undetected
- May be genetic and inherited
Your mouth is the gateway to your body.
The mouth is a dark, moist environment of a constant warm temperature with a steady supply of carbohydrates - truly ideal bacteria growing conditions. There are from 200 - 300 different species of bacteria in the mouth. There is no other place in or on the male or female body that houses this diversity of bacteria.
Bacteria associated with periodontal diseases can travel into the bloodstream and may result in other adverse health effects. Studies have found that bacteria in the mouth may account for big effects on general health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, stress and low birth weight. There is an ever increasing body of evidence on the mouth- body connection.
Consultation with Periodontist - £190
A complete and in depth medical and dental health history is taken. A thorough examination to measure for bone loss, loose teeth, bite, oral cancer screening and other signs of periodontal disease is carried out.
Periodontal x-rays may be taken in order to see disease not otherwise visible. If your referring dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they be forwarded to our consultant.

Oral Insights - £30
You do not have to have your dentistry done here to see our hygienists or therapists for Oral Insights.
Oral Insights is an interactive computer generated toothbrushing system designed to help your child improve their toothbrushing technique. Let your child watch as they brush their teeth on screen with computer generated 3D technology. Beat those bugs and introduce good habits to last a life time. Prevention is better than cure.
Oral Insights consists of a session with a hygienist / therapist and a nurse. At the end of the session fluoride varnish, or gel, is painted onto your childs teeth to help harden the enamel. Fluoride strengthens enamel and can even arrest existing lesions (early decay) on smooth and root surfaces.
Your child will receive their own personalised toothbrushing report and score. It will show their hotspots (the bits they missed) and where they spend the most and the least time brushing their teeth. They will feel and see where the brush should go, they will learn a new habit to last a lifetime. Oral Insights is fun and it's interactive - can they beat their brother, their sister or even their mother or father? Or what about their school friends?
Your child will leave with a toothbrush, toothpaste, fluoride mouthwash and dietary advice as part of the session. And a big smile on their face!
